Serving is such an important part of who we are at Valley View. Discovering and using your God-given talents and passions is something that we strive to help each individual do. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on our welcome and coffee bar teams, to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving in our student and children's ministries, to crafting an awesome worship experience on our worship and audiovisual teams—we would love to have people who are passionate about advancing the Kingdom of God through our serve teams.
Sunday Morning Greeters
Our greeters are among the first faces that people see each Sunday.
Coffee Bar Team Member
If you love coffee and welcoming people to church with a smile on your face, this is the place for you. Our coffee bar team helps prepare, set up, and help individuals while at the coffee bar.
Welcome Team Member
Our welcome team meets people at the Welcome Center in the Commons. These individuals help new people find their way around the building and get connected with Bible study groups.
Connection Point Team Member
Connection Point team members are compassionate individuals who know how to love on people. They help the senior pastor welcome new members and guests after the conclusion of each service.
Security Team Member
Security Team Members volunteer to assist our police officers in making VVBC a safe place to worship. This includes patrolling parking lots, buildings and monitoring security cameras. Security Team members serve either on Sunday and/or Wednesday and for special events. Security Team members serve on average twice per quarter. Training is required to serve in this area.
